Shimano’s multi-purpose PD-EH500 is a dual-sided replacement bicycle pedal with an SPD step-in design on one side and a traditional flat platform on the other—instantly adapting your bike to any footwear, and from casual riding to competitive training. The quality construction includes a chromoly steel axle, aluminum body, (8) replaceable pins per pedal, and improved firm-traction on the flat side for greater control and stability in any conditions.

Each set comes with sealed cartridge bearings and SM-SH56 cleats with adjustable tension. Light action binding also makes it easy for the rider to step in and out with greater efficiency.

The PD-EH500 pedal is available here in black, and it’s equally up to the task for urban riding, road touring, and/or indoor stationary bike use.
